Privacy notice

ENA Digital AI Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 16987948), is the data controller for personal data collected through enaops.com. You can reach us at ehtisham@enadigital.xyz.

If you apply for the pilot, we collect your business name, your trade, your email address, and the date you applied. We do not collect payment details, and there is no card on file at any point during the pilot.

We use your details solely to contact you about the EnaOps pilot programme and to decide whether your business is a fit for it. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your record.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It is held in our own systems, hosted in the UK/EU, and accessed only by people at EnaOps who need it to run the pilot programme.

We keep waitlist records for up to 24 months from your application, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing on this page requires a cookie banner because we don’t use cookies that need consent.
