You didn’t start a business to do admin at 10pm
For a firm of one to twenty-five, the office work is squeezed into the gaps — and the gaps are where revenue leaks out.
The phone rings while you're under a sink
You can't answer with your hands full. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail — they ring the next firm on the list.
Quotes sit in your head until Sunday night
The job's priced in your head on the drive home, then written up days later. By then the customer has moved on.
Chasing invoices feels like begging
So it doesn't happen. Money you've already earned sits unpaid for months because nobody has time to follow up.
Hiring someone fixes all three — if you can carry another salary. EnaOps does the same work for a fraction of one, and never needs training twice.
What it does
Real operational work, not another chatbot
EnaOps doesn’t answer questions about your business. It runs the jobs end to end — and hands you the decisions.
Answers every call
A receptionist on your number that never misses a ring — evenings, weekends, or while you're on the tools.
Greets, announces recording, takes the details, tells you what came in.
Qualifies and books
Works out what the job actually is, whether it's worth your van leaving the yard, and puts it in the diary.
Asks your qualifying questions. Books against your real availability.
Sends quotes
Turns the conversation into a priced quote on your template, ready for you to check and send.
Under your threshold it goes out. Over it, it waits for your tap.
Chases what you're owed
Polite, scheduled, escalating follow-ups on unpaid invoices — the job nobody wants to do.
You see every message before the tone gets firmer.
The trust layer
Governed, not autonomous
Handing your phone line to AI is a leap of faith unless you can see exactly what it did and stop it doing what you didn’t sanction. That’s the part we built first.
You set the boundaries once
Every action EnaOps can take sits behind a rule you control. Nothing reaches a customer outside it.

And you can prove what happened
Every AI decision, message and approval is written to an append-only log: who acted, on whose authority, with what input. Nothing is editable after the fact.

Nothing acts unasked
Every side-effectful action is checked against your policy before it runs — not after.
Your data stays yours
UK hosting, per-tenant retention settings, export and erasure on request. Recording is announced on every call.
Take over any time
Step into any conversation mid-flow. EnaOps hands over and stops.
One conversation
Starts on the phone. Ends with an invoice paid.
Your customer doesn’t think in channels, so EnaOps doesn’t either. One thread, one customer record, one job — however they got in touch.
- Phone
“My boiler's making a banging noise.”
EnaOps answers, diagnoses, books a survey.
- WhatsApp
Confirmation + a photo request for the boiler model.
Same conversation. Same customer record.
- Email
Quote for £780 — approved by you, sent on your behalf.
Invoice and chasing follow the same thread.
Web chat and email are live in the pilot. Voice and WhatsApp roll out to pilot customers as each is fitted to your number.
Getting started
Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter
- 1Day one
Tell EnaOps about the business
A guided setup: what you do, your prices, your hours, your patch, the questions you always ask a new caller. Twenty minutes, once.
- 2Day one
Set what it may do alone
Pick your thresholds — book small jobs automatically, hold anything over £200 for your approval. Sensible defaults are there if you'd rather not think about it.
- 3Within a week
Point your number at it
Divert your existing number, or port it across. Nothing changes for your customers — they ring the same number they always have.
- 4Ongoing
Approve from your phone
Requests arrive as notifications. Tap approve, edit, or decline. Everything else just gets handled while you work.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. EnaOps introduces itself as your assistant and announces that the call is recorded — that's a legal requirement in the UK, and it's the honest thing to do. In our experience callers care that their problem gets solved and the phone got answered, not who typed the reply.
What if it gets something wrong?
That's what the approval layer is for. Anything with money or a commitment attached waits for your tap unless you've explicitly told it not to. When EnaOps isn't confident, it says so, takes a message and flags it to you rather than guessing.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You can divert your existing number to EnaOps, or port it across to us during onboarding — your choice. Either way your customers keep ringing the number that's on your van.
Where is my data held, and who can see it?
UK/EU hosting, with strict separation between businesses — no other EnaOps customer can see your conversations. You control how long recordings and transcripts are kept, you can export everything, and you can have a customer's data erased on request.
Does it work with the calendar and software I already use?
Google Calendar is the first integration, with job management tools to follow. During the pilot you can also run EnaOps against its own built-in diary if you'd rather not connect anything yet.
What will it cost after the pilot?
Pilot customers get it free, and we'll tell you the price well before anything changes — with the option to walk away. There's no card on file and no notice period.
How much of my time does this take to run?
Setup is around twenty minutes of answering questions about your business. After that it's approving requests as they arrive — a few taps a day, usually while you're already on your phone.
Pilot programme
We’re taking on a small group of UK trades
We’d rather build this with twenty businesses properly than sell it to two thousand badly. If you run a home services firm of one to twenty-five people, we’d like to hear from you.
- Free for the whole pilot — no card, no notice period
- Setup done with you, not handed to you on a PDF
- Your feedback shapes what gets built next
- Keep your number, keep your data, leave whenever
